2012 has been a GREAT year. So many of my peers have made substantial progressions towards their goals and I’m very proud to have witnessed it all. This couldn’t be more true than with the progression of Philly MC, Chill Moody. In a city where it seems like everyone has an iPad full of sixteens, Chill has managed to stand out consistently enough to land a headliner slot at the Theater of Living Arts. This Friday, December 28th, 2012, Chill Moody presents RFM, his official debut album concert at the TLA. With opening acts including Pate, Mont Brown, Mic Stew and the lovely Jade Alston (of whose fan club, Chill is the self-proclaimed President) RFM is expected to be one of the best shows of the year. And that’s not a loaded claim.
In the video below, you’ll see why. Chill is a student of showmanship and he takes pride in knowing his fans leave his show feeling like they got their money’s worth. RFM: THE REHEARSAL SESSIONS take a behind-the-scenes look at Chill’s preparation for this Friday’s show as well as his take on how he got to this point in his career. Enjoy.
