InLiquid is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating opportunities and exposure for visual artists while serving as a free, online public hub for arts information in the Philadelphia area.


Project Basho is a photography resource center located on Germantown Avenue in Old Kensington, an artist-concentrated and culturally vibrant section of Philadelphia. It is a small yet dedicated organization of photographers, run by photographers, for photographers.


Launched in January 2011, Poetry 247 is a “one-stop shop” for anyone looking for a quality spoken word poetry experience. Visitors of the website have the option to follow some of the best spoken word poets in the country. Visitors also have the option to find information on the best spoken word events in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.


Scribe Video Center was founded in 1982 as a place where emerging and experienced media artists could gain access to the tools and knowledge of video making and work together in a supportive environment. Scribe provides training in all aspects of film, video and audio production. We give emerging and mid-level video makers the skills and opportunity to use video and film as tools for self-expression and for representing and supporting their communities.


Philly Improv Theater (PHIT) is a showcase for the best of the city’s improv, sketch, and stand-up comedy community. PHIT offers extensive training in improv, sketch comedy, stand-up, and storytelling for students of all ages in a relaxed community setting that creates everything from friendships to creative partnerships – all while having fun, learning, and laughing a lot.


The Philadelphia Dance Company (PHILADANCO) is a nonprofit organization that presents the highest quality of professional dance performance and improves the skills of emerging and professional dancers, and choreographers in a nurturing environment, while increasing the appreciation of dance among its many communities.


To inspire and motivate young adults and teens by providing a platform that encourages self-development and positive decision making through art, education, and community outreach!

The City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program unites artists and communities through a collaborative process, rooted in the traditions of mural-making, to create art that transforms public spaces and individual lives.


The Arts Garage is a live-art, entertainment, and nightlife venue that features literary and contemporary performance artists and nightly DJ dance music.  The Arts Garage lends itself to artists who bring a fusion of presentation in music, performance, and creative arts that include music, dance, spoken word, vendors market, animation, video gaming, fashion, engineering/architecture, comedy, theater, catharsis, film, and a host of other audio and, or visual performance & design installations.
