I’m a firm believer that ART is meant to inspire and solicit emotion.  Within each progressive movement throughout history, ART has been at its epicenter.  It is the ART that brings people to think, which provokes them to speak, and inevitably to act.  ART is powerful.

Tatyana Fazlalizadeh is an oil painter, illustrator, photographer and a public artist who is originally from Oklahoma City, but has more recently spent time in Philly for school and now lives in Brooklyn New York.  Although she’s been creating amazing works of art for years, her legacy will be highlighted by her design of the Roots Mural in Philadelphia as well as her “Stop Telling Women To Smile” campaign, both of which are highlighted in the videos below.

Using her art as a conduit for action-oriented thought, Tatyana Fazlalizadeh is building her artistic legacy to stand amongst the greats.  Below are a few select works and videos for your enjoyment.  To see more visit, www.tlynnfaz.com.
